This is the best time of the year on Block Island — restaurants and shops are open!  Island Fitness’ schedule is packed with challenging and fun classes.  Try the unique Jump Circuit class — trampolines and hoola hoops are just some of the stations designed to challenge your cardiovascular fitness while building strength and endurance!
